Scope
This policy applies to the Murtaqa platform, its current and future assessment tracks, public content, personal reports, and public result guides.
No user accounts
Murtaqa does not require an account for the current assessments. The assessment flow does not ask for a name, national identifier, employer, university number, or other identity field.
Local assessment storage
The browser may store an unfinished session, the answers needed to resume it, personalization choices, theme, language preference, and the latest completed result on the current device. This supports resume and refresh behavior without a user account.
Share links
A personal result share link contains a compact result payload after the # character. Fragments are not sent to the web server in the normal HTTP request. The payload excludes question answers, internal estimates, numerical confidence, and personal identity data.
Hosting and security data
The hosting service may process technical request data such as IP address, timestamp, requested path, browser and device information, approximate location, and response status for delivery, reliability, and security. Personal result fragments are not part of that request.
Analytics and interaction measurement
With a visitor's consent, Murtaqa uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity on public pages. Assessment and personal-result pages use Google Analytics only for a restricted set of general events: start, Quick or Full selection, resume, previous-question use, language change, completion, and result sharing. These events exclude question text, selections, answers, the user's result, #share= payloads, session identifiers, and internal numerical estimates. Microsoft Clarity is fully disabled on assessments, personal reports, and the 404 page.
Clean measurement paths
Google Analytics receives a clean path without query parameters or fragments. On the 404 page, it receives the actual requested path without its query or fragment so broken routes can be diagnosed without sending URL payloads.
Advertising and Google AdSense
Murtaqa may display advertising supplied by Google AdSense or other approved vendors and ad networks. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads. Google's advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to serve ads based on a user's visits to Murtaqa and/or other sites on the Internet, including personalized ads when settings, consent, and applicable law allow.
Cookies and choices
Local storage and essential cookies support preferences and platform functions. Non-essential measurement services are blocked by default and are loaded only after consent. The Manage privacy preferences control remains in every public-page footer so a choice can be changed or withdrawn. Withdrawal blocks future loads and attempts to remove provider cookies from the current domain. Browser controls remain available, although disabling necessary storage can prevent session or result recovery.
External websites
Official references and learning resources open on third-party websites. Their own privacy and cookie policies apply after you leave Murtaqa.
Deletion
Use the delete controls in a result page when available, or clear site data in your browser. Removing browser storage on one device does not affect a share link that you have already sent to another person.
Policy changes
This policy may be updated when a track, measurement tool, advertising provider, or platform function is added or when applicable requirements change.
