Why Murtaqa exists
Murtaqa helps a learner or professional answer two practical questions: where am I now, and what should I do next? Each assessment turns collected evidence into an understandable outcome, a primary gap, and an actionable plan.
One platform, distinct tracks
Murtaqa has 19 independent live tracks spanning English, aptitude and admission tests, language and education readiness, project management and Scrum, finance, cloud, and cybersecurity. Future tracks can follow the same platform principles without changing the meaning of these general pages.
Founder
Thamer Alomar founded Murtaqa to create a clear Arabic assessment experience that begins with structured evidence and ends with an honest, practical next step without unsupported precision or guarantees.
How the platform is built
The tracks reuse tested assessment, storage, and sharing foundations. Every track keeps its own contract, dimensions, question bank, outcome rules, report language, and official references.
Content responsibility and review
Public pages identify Murtaqa as the preparing and reviewing organization. Source-based pages show primary references and verification dates. A changed official structure, eligibility rule, or link is corrected at the source, then the build and audit gates run again before release.
Complete tracks before coming-soon promises
Murtaqa does not publish speculative assessment cards before a track has a stable contract, production question bank, report, reviewable sources, and end-to-end tests. One complete decision journey is more useful than a large catalog of unbuilt names.
What a result means
A result is an educational or professional indicator based on evidence collected in one session. It is not a license, certificate, eligibility decision, admission decision, employment decision, or guarantee of official performance.
Independence and advertising
Measurement or advertising does not change an assessment outcome. An advertisement or external link is not a guarantee or endorsement, and reports are not written to force a learner into buying a course or service.
Privacy and measurement
No account is required for the current assessments. Assessment sessions and results are stored locally when browser storage is available. Measurement, advertising, cookies, and user choices are explained separately in the Privacy Policy.
Contact
Content corrections, accessibility observations, and technical reports are welcome through the contact page. Do not include passwords, identity documents, assessment answers, or other sensitive personal information.
